Early Childhood Management Services

ECMS is a not for profit organisation providing management services to community managed kindergartens and childcare centres throughout Victoria.   We currently manage 38 kindergartens, 7 childcare centres and family day care.   ECMS is an approved kindergarten cluster manager, the largest in Victoria, employing over 300 staff and providing servcies to several thousand families.
