IT recruitment industry veteran Victoria Taylor founded Coachwood Computer Recruitment in 1995 after seeing a need for more innovative and creative programmes to service the growing IT permanent employment and contractor market sector.

By developing programmes that attract the best candidates and redefine customer service, Coachwood has grown steadily since 1995 whilst other recruitment agencies have come and gone.

Coachwood Executive Recruitment was established early 2002 in response to demand for senior level staff from Coachwood's existing client base. We extend the same personal and professional service to our Executive arm, and ensure the same "look after" service to clients and associates.

The strength of any service relies on the experience and the talents of the internal staff initiating and managing both the client and associate relationship in a given market.
