We are an independent boutique consultancy with extensive expertise in human resource management, recruitment, business strategy development, and organisational improvements. We are also members of a group of affiliated specialist organisational development businesses, allowing us to provide a full range of support to corporates or developing SME's.

Our unusual approach to recruitment sees us use our HRM expertise to correctly match the needs of the client organisation and the experience, skills, style and temperament of candidates, in order to ensure the correct fit. We also support the placement during and after the assignment with diverse capabilities that include workplace culture analysis, position description preparation, KPI development, salary benchmarking, psychometric testing, candidate mentoring, etc.

We also believe in charging a fair fee for our service, therefore work on a fee for service basis, often saving our clients as much as 50% of the normal recruitment cost.
