In our experience, small to medium recruiters are more flexible, offer better remuneration and higher incentives. They are open to suggestion from recruitment consultants, have a faster decision process and encourage a positive and productive work environment, prioritising employee satisfaction.
Small to medium recruiters tend to have less politics and lower staff and client turnover. Consultants enjoy higher average billings and consultant retention is far greater than those of larger rigidly structured organisations.
