Job Description As a Tax Accountant your main focus will be on traditional compliance related activities. Over and above the compliance responsibilities you will work closely on planning requests with the Australian, Asia Pacific teams along with other operational departments. You will apply your strong general accounting and finance knowledge to specific tax issues day-to-day whilst providing decision support and ad-hoc analysis to the Tax Manager for the region. The Successful Applicant You will be CA or CPA qualified, or you will be qualifying this year. You will have acquired 2 to 4 years previous corporate tax experience, either within a chartered environment and/or within a more commercial environment. The ability to translate sometimes complex tax language in to words that your sometimes non-technical audience can understand is key if you are to succeed in this role.
