Their success is primarily down to their employees, who work closely with their customers to design and implement customized online selling solutions. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Personal Assistant performs a variety of highly responsible secretarial and administration duties. The successful candidate will: - Manage and coordinate the personal business of the Technical Director
- Act as a liaison between the Technical Director, internal staff and outside agencies
- Assist with document preparation and presentations
- Attend meeting and prepare minutes and reports
To be successful you will need: - Background in a similar role and/or as an Executive/Personal Assistant within IT or Information Services
- Advanced Document Production in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven experience working within a one-to-one role
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Ideally Tech Savvy
