As a company they are going from strength to strength. Having survived the GFC with little interruption to their funding, and the brand still in tact this opportunity is not to be missed. Unlike many of their competitors who were forced to close down due to lack of funding and government bank guarantee this 2nd tier lender made minimal losses over the past 2 years. 

Moving into a growth phase this is an exciting time for the company. Having already established themselves as major player in the residential market this company has also successfully built a strong car finance business.

This role is for a proven networker. Someone who can demonstrate they have effectively built solid working relationships in the past.  You need to understand all aspects of car finance, as well as solid understanding of floor planning. You will also be targeted on providing referrals for residential lending, commercial mortgages and debtor finance. 

You will be sourcing deals and business from a range of avenues, however 90% of business will come predominately via large aggregation groups that are already established and have strong connections with the organisation.

It is critical you have worked in the 3rd party space before and dealt with broker introduced deals before. There will be limited scope for you to work directly with end users so ideally your background as an RM or BDM in the 3rd party space would be highly regarded
You will need to already be working in this space and have developed strong relationships and referral partners that can assist you in reaching your targets. Your experience as a 3rd party broker or business development manager  with a specialisation in car finance will be highly regarded.

The position is located in the Sydney CBD however due to nature of the role you will be out of the office visiting referral partners, seeing clients for the bulk of your day.

It is essential you have the following background
- BDM or RM experience dealing with 3rd party broker introduced deals
- Proven experience in sourcing new deals, and bringing new referrer's on board
- Proven ability to hit and exceed your targets
- Dynamic and Energetic Personality

This is a great role for someone who is looking for a pure sales role. Someone who wants to be on the road, sourcing deals, and who doesn't need micro-management.
