An opportunity exists to join the team based in Sydney's CBD mainly to support Chandler Macleod Consulting.

As our Professional Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Candidate and Client Care:

* Managing the telephone booking process
* Sending out confirmation emails
* Resolving candidate queries
* Keeping candidates informed of any issues, changes etc
* Managing the candidate feedback booking process
* Test administration
* Fielding external client queries
* Keeping internal clients (Consultants) informed and supporting then in the delivery of consulting services as required
* Keeping external clients informed e.g. when there are delays with candidate bookings

Test Administration and Resourcing

* Formal administration of tests and reports
* Debriefing candidate at the end of the assessment centre
* Scoring tests/generating reports
* Work flow management to consultants and management of appointments
* Filing

* General administration experience
