My client is a Financial Services giant with offices in Sydney's CBD.

They are currently looking for a skilled Senior J2EE developer/Team Lead who can lead a small team of developers across multiple concurrent projects.

To get this role you will have the following experience and competencies:

• Design and programming skills with J2EE, including EJBs and web applications
• Experience with Sybase and/or Oracle (including SQL/stored procedures)
• Experience with Application Server environments (Weblogic)
• Experience with application integration platforms (WebMethods) will be an advantage
• Experience with open source tools such as Struts, Spring, Junit and Hibernate will be an advantage
• Experience across all phases of the SDLC
• Experience leading small teams to deliver high quality solutions to tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Financial services is desirable
