You will manage the Digital business to meet financial and strategic targets and assist in growing the business to the next level.

With more than 5 years experience working in web design and development you will have outstanding skills in;

• Team management and leadership
• Client relationship management
• Generation of proposals and technical/functional specifications
• Project and resource planning, budgeting and allocation

As you will be leading an advanced Digital team who work collaboratively on large scale projects for high profile clients you will need to possess;

• Strong technical ability and problem solving skills
• Passion for user-centred design and all things UX
• Strong knowledge base and interest in emerging industry tools and technologies
• Ability to effectively brief creative, design and development teams
• Excellent collaborative and teamwork skills
