We are looking for a Technical Support and Service Representative.  Ideally you will have excellent verbal and written skills, someone who has part-completed a certificate would be highly regarded, or has worked in this area before and would like to undertake a qualification.  The position will involve - new modem testing, configuring and post preparation, stock management, return modem diagnosis and processing, assisting with customer enquiries via phone and via email.  If you feel you meet the essential criteria, we would like to hear from you.  This will be a Traineeship and you must complete as part of the job a Certificate III in Information Technology, which will be organised with a Registered Training Organisation.  Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.  Applicants with Cert III or higher will not be considered.  This is a 24 month Traineeship and the successful applicant will be considered for a permanent position upon completing the Traineeship.  All Applications to apply to Stella D'Aprile on sd'aprile@austrg.com.au.
