Employment: Full Time with study hours incorporated into 38 hour working week.
Responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for office matters and provide admin support to this busy team who liaise with the building industry.
The successful candidate will: have MYOB experience,
be immaculately presented, be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn, demonstrate a professional, confident telephone manner, have accuracy and attention to detail, take pride in work performance, have a high level of common sense, exceptional communication and grammar and customer service skills, possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Duties:
Managing telephone enquiries, invoicing, filing, MYOB, data entry and general office tasks. Those with previous experience in an office role and those who live locally are encouraged to apply.
