An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and talented individual to join the team as the Manager Finance & Administration. Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the Management of the Finance and Administration functions of the business, for Australia and New Zealand. More specifically, this will include and not be limited to; * The preparation of accurate financial reports at month end, * The preparation of special purpose financial and business reports for the Board and other senior managers, * Management of the HR function, including payroll, * Management of the companys tax and statutory obligations, * Supervision of finance staff, Plus, any other responsibilities and projects as required by the General Manager. The Successful Applicant CA / CPA qualified, you will be an ambitious finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, and a track record of success in commercially focused accounting roles. You will require previous experience in managing staff and you must possess excellent communication and relationship building skills to be successful in this role. Any experience in providing process improvements and streamlining processes will be highly regarded.
