Our Client is a well respected financial services giant seeking an experienced call centre manager to run a close knit team of seven customer service representatives. Your key focus will be to ensure a high level of customer focus, productivity and to contribute to an ongoing culture of process improvement. In order to be successful in the role you will have current call centre management experience. If you have worked in the financial services industry previously and be PS146/RG146 compliant and ADA 1 and ADA 2 this is a bonus. We are very keen to hear from experienced call centre managers or team leaders with a passion for the financial services market who are looking to move into the industry. In exchange for your management and language skills our client will train and mentor you in derivative and equity product knowledge! In order to be considered for the role you must be able to speak cantonese or mandarin. The team are responsible for executing orders and offering outstanding customer service to stockbroking clients within the ASX's business rules and trading policies. They deal with Securities, Derivatives and some deposit products for retail clients. You will be tasked with quality reviews, ensuring that service levels are met and exceeded. You will also be the key point of escalation and work closely with compliance in order to resolve any issues that may arise. As the team manager it is essential that you enjoy coaching and mentoring of staff and have experience of performance management and succession planning. You will be a good team fit if you are confident in your abilities and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have 1-2 years contact / call centre management experience, cantonese or mandarin language skills and a passion for financial services in order to be considered for the role.
