A role is available to work in late stage collections commencing in September for mature minded individuals that are looking to problem solve and develop their existing skill sets. In this role you will be working on different products including motor loans, personal loans, credit cards and retail finance. You will be contacting customers that have made minimal payments on the product. In this role you will use your strong negotiating skills to determine a suitable solution for the customer and the company. The challenge of this role is taking the investigation of the account to the next stage. You will be required to use your skip tracing and problem solving skills to locate customers that have not been contactable for some time and you will have to navigate between different computer applications to find details relevant to the case. This position is suited to someone that is looking for a challenge every day, will test your problem solving skills but also a role that is very rewarding. You will have excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills to be able to be successful in this role.
