Be part of one of Sydney's renowned and well respected Financial Services organisation that is entering an exciting phase. Having just gone through an acquisition they are looking to grow and increase their Mortgages team significantly.
Due to an increase in business and growth the Sydney office in now looking for experienced and committed Mortgage processing officers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Check and verify all executed documents, making sure that the details are correct.
- Confirming that all lenders requirements have been adhered to.
- Booking in settlements and ensuring co-ordination of the drawing of cheques on the day of settlement
- Data entry.
- Liaising with internal customers.
Successful candidates will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in mortgage processing or client services experience from a financial institution
- Experience in settlement processing - both pre and post settlements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and an exceptional customer services ethic.
