'Customer Service Officer'

Our client is truly a market leader in the Insurance industry and they are currently recruiting for a number of key positions in their Customer Contact Centre.

They are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals who have a desire to learn and develop their career in the financial services industry. This is a telephone based customer service role based in in North Sydney.

Duties to include:

Dealing with telephone enquires from existing customers
Liaising with different in-house departments
Providing information on company products and procedures
Giving insurance quotes
Dealing with insurance renewals

You will need to have the following to be considered for this role:

Excellent communication skills
Excellent Customer Service focus
Good computer skills
