My client is an industry leading organisation based in the North Ryde area who are currently seeking 6 experienced Outbound Customer Service Consultant to join their fun and friendly team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for;

• Outbound calls
• Generating sales leads
• Achieving sales targets
• Assessing customer needs and closing sales
• Arranging information packs and other required resources to dispatch to existing and prospective clients
• Setting up appointments
• Updating customer contact records
• General ad hoc duties

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess;

• A minimum of 12 months Outbound Customer Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multi tasking and organisational skills
• Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Proven ability to be reliable and punctual
• Available to commence immediately
