My client is an industry leading organisation based in the North Ryde area who are currently seeking 6 experienced Outbound Customer Service Consultant to join their fun and friendly team. Within this role, you will be responsible for; - Outbound calls
- Generating sales leads
- Achieving sales targets
- Assessing customer needs and closing sales
- Arranging information packs and other required resources to dispatch to existing and prospective clients
- Setting up appointments
- Updating customer contact records
- General ad hoc duties
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess; - A minimum of 12 months Outbound Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multi tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Proven ability to be reliable and punctual
- Available to commence immediately
