Our client is a highly successful home loan provider who focus on delivering superior support and customer service to their growing client network. As a result of continued growth across the business, a role has been created for an experienced Team Leader who is ready to embrace the challenge of managing their own small team!
Please note, the working hours for this position are as follows: Mon-Thurs: 11am-8pm (with 1 hour lunch break), Fri: 4 hours (choice of hours) & Sat or Sun: 1-2 hours (choice of hours)
Responsibilties will include: - Making calls for the purpose of securing & confirming appointments
- Recruiting, training and inducting Appointment Setters when necessary
- Setting KPI's and targets for the existing and new staff members
- Writing scripts and monitoring the performance of the team
- Data processing and sales reporting to management
In order to be considered for this position, you will ideally have: - Experience from within a Call Centre environment, where you have managed / supervised staff
- Proven success in a sales / Appointment Setting position
- Dedication and commitment to improving yourself and the performance of your team
- Strong computer skills
- Superior customer service / sales / negotiation skills
- A fun and positive personality!
