Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting for Employment Consultants for our client in Adelaide with opportunities in the metro area, Northern and Southern suburbs of Adelaide. Our client provides various services to support individuals with illness, injury and disability and to individuals who may have barriers to finding and staying in sustainable employment. One of the key services they offer to clients is an Employment Services program that supports individuals to obtain employment and/or further training opportunities in the local community.
 
 
Successful applicants will have/be:

• Experience working with people with disabilities, illness or injury
• An insight and understanding into the significant barriers that face the long term unemployed
• Demonstrated case management experience in the Employment Services sector, ideally within a DEN or DES provider
• The ability to inspire and motivate other people
• Results and target driven and have proven experience working towards KPIs
• The ability to remain professional in all interactions with internal and external clients
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Proactive in creating and building relationships with local employers and businesses
• Ideally have experience in the Employment Services, Welfare to Work, Community Services, Youth Services, Training or Recruitment sectors

 
 
Qualifications in Disability Studies, Mental Health, Psychology, Community Services and/or other relevant fields is desirable. Experience working in the Employment Services sector within a DEN or DES provider is highly regarded.
