We are currently seeking a client focussed, compassionate and experienced customer service professional to join our Workers Compensation team as a Case Manager in our Campbelltown office. This rewarding role will give you the opportunity to deal with diverse client groups while providing the utmost customer service to injured workers.
As a Case Manager you will be handling a portfolio of injured workers Workers Compensation claims and managing each case from start to finish, with the aim being to return the injured worker to employment in a timely manner. You will be working actively with the employer, injured worker, health care providers and service partners and will be involved in all decision making and determining of the claim throughout the process.
To succeed in this role you should have previous employment experience in a customer facing or client services role, coupled with strong administration skills. You will be customer focused, empathetic and supportive and will enjoy managing challenging and sensitive situations. You should also have a flexible attitude and will be motivated to deliver superior results to your clients. We are looking for people with a fresh and positive attitude.
