They are currently looking for a Senior Contacts Administrator for a $70M commercial project in Sydney.

You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s)
• At least 10 years experience in CA roles
• Expertise in letting and managing trade packages on large construction projects
• An excellent understanding of risk and profitability
• Good knowledge of contract forms and procedures
• Experience in managing trade budgets and reporting against committed costs
• Sound negotiating skills
• Good technical knowledge
• An ability to develop relationships at all levels
