Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a Regional Construction Supervisor with maintenance and Insurance experience. Our client is a leading national contractor who specialise within the Insurance sector who have recently gained a number of new major contracts with Blue Chip Insurance organisations.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager you will be responsible for Supervising and Recruiting the ACT Estimating & Construction teams in order to ensure KPI's are met with regards to Budgets, Quality of work, Customer service and Project programmes.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have;

• Either Trade of Construction Degree qualifications.
• A builders license (Preferred although not essential)
• Previous experience supervising multiple Sites and producing weekly reports and updates.
• A working knowledge of the Insurance Builders sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid knowledge of OH&S + QA systems.
• A thorough knowledge of the Tender Process, Negotiations and Cost Planning.
