You may be working within a PQS practice and have reached the highest level you can go within the firm, if this is the case this role could be a real opportunity which will take your career to the next level. As they are a medium sized firm this leads to quicker promotions for the right people. The history of the firm has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. They started off as a traditional Quantity surveying practice and have offices in all the major states of Australia. With the business growing into Project management and infrastructure they are now at a level that they can open the doors to a senior member of staff in the Northern Territory. Ideally you will be working within a consultancy and have a strong hold and knowledge of the NT market. You will be focused on developing clients and developing a team of staff. You need to demonstrate: - Degree qualified
- A minimum of 10 years post experience with at least 5 in a PQS practice
- MAIQS or MRICS
- Local experience and knowledge
- Excellent communication and oral skills essential
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent reporting and financial experience
