You will take the lead role on a $200 mil+ freeway project in Melbourne which consists predominantly bulk earthworks and the replacement of large redundant civil structures. You will lead your construction team through your strong understanding of delivery techniques; you will have ultimate responsibility for budgets, quality, program and most importantly HS&E. You will build exceptional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders paying particular attention to the relationship with your client to ensure repeat business.

You must possess experience in the delivery of infrastructure works and demonstrate leadership capabilities and the capacity to achieve excellent project outcomes. A tertiary qualification in civil engineering is essential; candidates with experience managing civil projects greater than $100 mil+ will be held in high regard.
