Client

Well established contractor busy construction Educational Projects, Government Offices, Commercial and High End Residential projects all across the ACT and surrounding regions. Projects can be design & construct or high end refurb fitouts to the value of $10Mil+.

 

Candidate

They are now in the market for an experienced Foreman Supervisor with the minimum 5 years experience in construction. The other requirements are;

  • Trade Background or a Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Has experience on commercial / government projects to the value of $5Mil+
  • Strong OH&S skills and experience
  • Able to manage sub contractors and site staff

Reporting directly to a senior project manager, the management structure differs because the successful individual will be directly someone that can make decisions on the spot.

Salary package can range from $100 - $110K total salary package including car allowance.
