Within this role your responsibilities will include:

• Formulation and submission of tenders
• Quantifying, pricing, estimation
• Client, subcontractor and colleague liaison/negotiation
• Preparation of cost plans and cost estimates

It is anticipated that all candidates suitable to this position will have a minimum of 3 years experience within quantity surveying or estimation on good sized commercial construction rojects throughout Australia.  You will ideally hold relevant construction related tertiary qualifications and have both the drive and communication skills required to excel in a position such as this.  On offer is a generous salary package alongside a healthy incentive scheme.
