Now Careers is currently recruiting a Project Manager for their client a privately owned Australian company with extensive experience in the delivery of cost and project management services.
They currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team in the Melbourne office. You willhave an opportunity to workon either Aged Care, Commercial, Retail or Institutional projects.
It is ideal that you will have experience in working on projects of a complex nature from inception through to completion, either working for a Head Contractor or for another consultancy. If you have Institutional project experience this would be advantageous. Your strengths will be the ability to manage the contractor, manage the design process and manage/control the programme on behalf of the client.
Key Criteria

You will be degree qualified with a Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.

Previous project experience in Retail, Commercial or Institutional projects would be advantageous.

You will have minimum of 3 - 5 years previous experience in a similar role and also have worked for a building contractor.

You will display excellent communication skills (written and verbal), management skills, be extremely client focused, a lateral thinker and be a strong team player.
