Design & Construct are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join an international client side consultancy based in Sydney's CBD. They are a company that needs no introduction as they are one of worlds leaders in Project Management services.

The successful candidate will have several years experience working as a client side project manager and will be tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.

You will have experience managing diverse projects across a variety of professional disciplines and throughout their project lifecycle including delivery and handover to the client. Practical experience working on complex projects in the Defence Sector is required.

You will need to be thorough in your approach and proactively provide leadership in a number of competency elements including scope, time, cost, quality, design and procurement to achieve the project objectives.

You will also need to have skills in the leadership, motivation and management of multi-disciplinary teams and excellent liaison, negotiation, consultation, conflict resolution, leadership and team building skills.
