Our client are a large company located in Smithfield. They are currently seeking 2 x Customer Service Officers to join their great team. With ongoing training and support provided you will be responsible for;
- Taking inbound customer service enquiries in relation to orders
- Processing customer orders, following up on arrival of goods
- Arranging collections for returned goods
- General administration duties such as sending quotes, faxes and invoices
This is great opportunity to work in a down to earth customer service environment. The successful candidate will;
- Possess clear and fluent communication skills
- Have previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Possess intermediate computer skills
- Be willing to learn and have a can do attitude and
- Have a stable work history
This is a full time position and you will be required to work a rotating shift between the hours of 8:00am- 7:30pm Monday to Friday.
