Our client needs you to provide comprehensive, quality, cost effective clinical dental treatment, oral health promotion, educational services and referrals to specialists for infants, pre-school, primary school and high school students up to the age of 18 years, in urban, rural and remote communities in both school and clinic based settings.

 You will need to be confident with Clinical job elements whilst also able to present yourself effectively and confidently in a classroom setting educating the communities young people on how to care for their little teeth!

A dental therapy qualification that can be registered in the NT, with the ability to gain a radiographer’s permit.

Good knowledge of contemporary clinical practices and techniques that demonstrates an ability to prioritise clinical and administration outcomes.

Demonstrated pro-active team member with a high standard of both conflict resolution and interpersonal skills that allows for a client focus within a quality framework.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in health promotion with the application of primary health care principles.

Current NT driver’s licence or the ability to attain one.
Able to travel to remote areas by light aircraft or 4-wheel drive vehicle, for periods of from one day to up to a week at a time with the ability to provide effective oral health services in an isolated environment.
