Our Client requires a Technical Trainer to:
- Develop and implement operational policies, standards, systems, procedures and strategies to enable the effective and efficient delivery of vocational training to clients.
- Facilitate the development, implementation and delivery of approved training programs, as a Registered Training Organisation team member to meet industry needs and help build best practice.
- Train, coordinate, supervise and audit Industry Trainers and Assessors throughout Queensland.
- Ensure compliance with DET Registered Training Organisation requirements and the maintenance of the section's quality system.
