Joining a highly customer focused team, your key role will be to establish relationships with enrolled students providing them with support, advice and encouragement to ensure they successfully complete their chosen course.
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting recently enrolled students ensuring they have all the right materials and understand the structure of the course.
- Speaking to students who wish to cancel their course and highlighting / re-emphasising the benefits of successfully completing the course
- Providing ongoing support to students throughout the duration of their study - both on the phone and online.
You will have at least 2 years experience within a customer service, call centre or educational environment and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer focus combined with strong communication skills, fantastic listening skills and the ability to build on going relationships with a variety of different people.Candidates with experience in or exposure in a mentoring position will be highly regarded.
