Senior Project Manager
- Project Manage within civil infrastructure, include transport, structures, marine, oil and gas and resources
- Entire project cycle from concept/feasibility, through detailed design, procurement and handover –projects around $5-10M.
- Look after design management, contract management, client liasion and superintendence
- Duties - tender documents, execution plans, schedules, costs, budgets, take the job to tender and managing the tender, health and safety management, dealing with the contractor
- Management of contracts including assessing/processing valuations, variations
- Client service management, bring a flare for a client focused role
- Program projects, includes managing relationship with project associates and project tasks, budgets, scope and risk
- Apply project management tools and methodologies appropriate to the size and complexity of assigned projects.
- Financials for the purposes of project tracking, forecasting and risk assessment
- Mid Sized Engineering Firm in Civil and Structural Engineering Sector
Ideally 8-10 years experience who can manage a project from concept, design tender to construction, across disciplines. EPCM/Consultancy background.
