With the Asian market continuing to grow their Hong Kong office is entering a period of expansion resulting in a number of positions available at all levels, one such position being a Principal Environmental Consultant.
 
Working within the environmental department you will be responsible for taking a lead role in sustainable building practices and design aspects of these projects.  You will need to be degree qualified in a related environmental discipline and have a minimum of 10 years consultancy experience behind you. You will also need to be LEED accredited and have a thorough understanding of building physics analysis.  As a Principal within the business you will also be expected to represent the company and identify new business opportunities in the HK market.  This position would also ideally suit a bilingual engineer capable of speaking both English and Cantonese however this isn’t essential.
