This firm is a leading supplier of engineering consulting services for civil, structural and environmental projects. They are known for employing state of the art processes and equipment, and highly experienced staff. They have a well founded reputation for 1st rate design and documentation, and on time project delivery.

They are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to service private and government clients on a range of structural projects including multi-storey residential and large commercial / industrial mass floor space developments.

The key responsibilities of this role are to oversee design / documentation of new structures of above type, adhere to client s brief, budgetary and scheduling guidelines, and maintain / strengthen client relationships.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have relevant civil/structural tertiary qualifications and a minimum 3 years consultancy design/doc experience in above projects.

You should have a good understanding of the following; Slender structures, Dynamic behaviour, Top down construction, Coupled shear walls and Outrigger action. Candidates with additional ETABS, SAP, SpaceGass or RAPT proficiency would be most welcome. Australian design code experience is a must.
