CATIA v5 CAD Designer / drafter - Automotive - 3d modelling & design in CATIA v5 _________________________________________________________ CAD Design Drafting Engineer in CATIA v5 - Automotive Sector In this role you will be working alongside engineers of outstanding talent to develop designs, generate 3d models, produce CAD layouts and solve design problems. As a key member of the team you will actively participate in design analysis and review sessions, providing technical expertise from conceptual stages right the way through to manufacture, prototyping, simulation, verification modelling and 3D modelling, including the mechanical aspects of Catia V5. You will need to be well spoken with the interpersonal skills to express your ideas and clearly convey your thoughts in pursuit of the most optimal design outcomes. Using your analytical abilities you will be instrumental in problem solving to ascertain flaws in the design, risks, fundamental errors and root causes. You will also be integral to new and existing design changes. Any experience you have to improve the quality of designs will be welcomed.
