Kinetic Defence is the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace industries. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Logistics Support Analyst who is looking for a challenging role with a Defence industry leader.
You will be working on a large, technically challenging project and reporting to the Project Manager, Defence Projects. Your exposure to the entire range of ILS skill sets on this project will enhance your existing capabilities in this in-demand engineering discipline.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform logistic engineering tasks using approved policies, procedures, tools and processes.
- Perform planning for the ILS Test and Evaluation program.
- Perform Reliability, Maintainability & Availability (RMA) program tasks including performing Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), developing Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs), and performing reliability and maintainability analysis and modelling.
- Perform maintenance planning, using Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), to identify preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform measurement requirements analysis to identify requirements for support and test equipment.
- Perform spares analysis and modelling to identify requirements for spares and repair parts.
- Perform analysis tasks and capture data in the LSAR database using approved policies, procedures, tools and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (not essential)
- Experience in performing logistic engineering tasks (LCC, LoRA, MEA, FMEA/FMECA, RAM).
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold, or be eligible for a Defence security clearance of Secret. MUST be an Australian citizen.
