As part of a site-based team you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising condition monitoring services. The role also involves fulfilling all client reporting and fostering a continuous improvement process.
You will be knowledgeable and experienced in a number of the following areas:
Vibration data collection and analysis, non-destructive testing, dynamic balancing, Laser alignment, infrared thermography, electric motor diagnostics and motor current signature analysis on a wide range of industrial machinery. A willingness to learn is required and additional training will be provided.
You will have an electrical or mechanical trade certificate or associate diploma, maintenance experience on large rotating machinery and experience and certification in a range of the above-mentioned fields. You work with high attention to detail and safety, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with sound PC software knowledge. You must be willing to travel to customer sites. The role requires you to have a valid driver's licence.
Reporting to the Team Leader-Reliability Systems, Central Queensland, you will be site-based and part of the Reliability Systems team in Emerald.
