Kinetic Defence is the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace industries. Our client is currently looking for Systems Engineer to undertake Verification and Validation activities on a new Defence project.
This work will be on a long term project.
The task will focus mainly upon ensuring this Defence project is comprehensive, well planned and consistent with the agreed certification baseline and test concept. The task will be conducted via review, including V&V and Integration plans, Verification and Assurance Cross Reference Matrix and comparison with the project Certification Plan and Test Concept Document.
- Conduct a technical assessment of the adequacy of the planned V&V program.
- Support the conduct the V&V management activities during high load periods.
- Develop a written V&V Audit Report identifying any discrepancies between the project and sub-contractor document together with identification of risks or opportunities for improvement associated with the program.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Strong technical writing skills and the proven ability to develop test related documentation.
- Experience in Defence systems engineering is essential.
