Lead Site Cost Engineer - FIFO

 

The key focus for this position is leadership. Combine your senior expertise and supervisory capacity to guide this project through the last days of front end work and into construction.  Merge with an already established team of 3 strong site cost engineers who require your direction to manage the "Best Solution" costing concepts for a the camp and civil works.

At your level you will persist in overseeing:

• Development of specific project work practices and procedures to support the Project Execution Plan


• Delegation and management of the work of subordinate and cost controls to your team


• Coordinate development and issue of change orders and variations


• Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions to maintain awareness of project activities and impact.


• Providing forecast, commitment and actual comparisons for S Curve analysis

Benefit from 90 % site uplifts for a 28/10 roster.

For this role it is required you have a minimum of 10 years experience in Cost Engineering preferably in a civil infrastructure environment and a minimim of 5 years on site.
