This organisation prides themselves on their commitment to providing their clients innovative and efficient solutions, and is currently seeking to appoint a motivated and driven Rehabilitation consultant.
Along with extensive experience in workplace rehabilitation, you will need to possess high level communication skills and be able to adapt to situations accordingly. The ability to manage your time effectively and work in compliance with legislative requirements will be considered a necessity.
It is also a requirement that you are eligible to be an approved Provider of Return to Work Services as per Work Cover's National Competency guidelines and as such, you will need to posess qualifications recognised by one of the following professional bodies:
- Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors
- Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia
- Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (registered in QLD, SA, NT and WA)
- Physiotherapist Registration Board (registered)
- Australian Association of Exercise and Sports Science (accredited as an Exercise Physiologist)
- Psychologists Registration Board (registered)
- Speech Pathology Australia
- Australian Association of Social Workers
- Medical Board (registered)
- Nurses Registration Board (registered)
You will also need to hold a current drivers license and be willing to undergo a criminal check prior to appointment.
