Principal Hydrogeologist
Build, Manage & Deliver
Aim:
To leverage off the current hydrogeology projects which are being secured through large-scale infrastructure projects, but farmed off to sub-cosultants, and build a sustainable hydrogeology group under you.
Current expertise:
- International Multidisciplinary consultancy
- Highly reputable water, geotech and environmental teams
- Secured Large-scale projects using expertise in other engineering disciplines
- Currently farming out all hydrogeology inputs from these projects to various sub-consultants
- Hydrogeology expertise throughout UK, US and Asia offices
Plan:
- Initially you will be kept busy with the hydrogeology work coming from secured projects
- You will initiate the organic growth of a specialist hydrogeology team underneath you through internal and external marketing
- Have the autonomy to build the specialisation and positioning of this team as you see fit – the firm currently has established networks throughout mining, infrastructure, defence, local and state government and property sectors.
