The company is an independent Christian charity looking for employees that are committed to the values of the same. They offer specialised care in the areas of dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, specialist mental health and aged care services organisation require a full time learning and development consultant to develop, deliver and evaluate their L&D programs.

This position requires some travel to sites to deliver training and to support managers but the position is based at Greenwich.

In this role you will provide leadership for staff education at the northern Sydney hospital sites focusing on nursing staff. The role is one in which you will work collaboratively with with managers, ward staff, and allied health teams along with student nurses.

Minimum requirements:

Registered nurse with current AHPRA

Cert IV in Training and Assessment

Demonstarted ability to work with different management levels.

Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor compliance to RTO requirements

Excellent written and verbal skills

Computer literacy

Highly regarded:

Tertiary quals in adult education
