You are positive, passionate, and not afraid of leading from the front in the field. You will be developing others to reach their potential and creating a dynamic team culture where people can flourish and progress. Your role is totally hands on sales, working daily alongside your team of fundraising professionals to inspire and secure monthly donors for various charities. We work in a variety of locations both indoors and out, at events, festivals, markets, expos, shopping centres and street venues across the metropolitan area. You will:
- Have a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Have leadership experience or qualities
- Love working in different locations (city, suburb, outdoors, indoors)
- Have the ability to motivate, inspire and coach your team
- Be proactive and determined to exceed targets
- Have passion for the causes we represent
Sales experience is essential. Door to Door or Fundraising sales experience an advantage. We offer you: - Generous base + uncapped bonus (OTE $82K)
