Are you a Restaurant Supervisor looking for a new and exciting challenge?  Do you love Japanese cuisine, and would like to be part of the opening team?

This new Japanese Wine Bar is opening soon in the Lower North Shore, and is looking for a Restaurant/Floor Supervisor to join their opening team.  Offering guests a stylish evening out with a Japanese theme, you must have a passion for Japanese cuisine, preferably having worked in a Japanese themed restaurant.  All the favourites of Japanese cuisine will be on the menu, as well an excellent selection of wines, and sakes.

 To be suitable for this role you will have:

• Held a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar environment 
• Good leaderships skills
• Have previous experience in training of staff
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine would be an advantage
• Proven strong customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships with clientele
