Job Description Key responsibilities for this role will include: effectively partnering all key stakeholders at the plant; attracting, retaining and developing plant employees; providing on-going coaching and support; overseeing maintenance and reporting of employee details within various HR systems including SAP and Payroll; and managing the plant union collective agreement and applicable employment law. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have prior experience in HR, ideally in IR/ER; be passionate about HR and people processes; ideally come from a FMCG industry background; have highly developed communication and relationship building skills and maintain an environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation and mutually beneficial solutions.An Undergraduate degree is essential for this role and a Masters qualification will be highly regarded.We are seeking someone who is highly organised and displays excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a team environment is essential, along with maintaining high levels of energy and professional commitment.
