Our client, a reputable Insurance organisation is looking for a Senior BA to work across a project which involves the establishment of a new Direct Marketing Sales Capability within its business. The successful candidate will have previous experience within Direct Marketing (Financial Services/Insurance), especially with a focus on business projects. You will be required to have the below skills and experience Possess 7 – 10 years Business Analysis or Process Engineering experience within large complex business projects Requirements gathering skills, “one on one” and “group” facilitated workshops. Produce accurate detailed requirements documentation. Scope, define, build and deliver over multiple releases
Only those candidates with experience with Direct Marketing, CRM or similar Operations need apply. You will have worked within the insurance industry and will possess the relevant product knowledge.
