We are now currently looking at bringing on board an E-Learning professional has a background in, or is interested in getting into a Sales role and helping us to grow our business and market share further. We are looking for someone to ensure we win new business, in both existing accounts and as well prospects within the broader Talent2 client base. The role will require levels of pure business development, but will mainly focus on working with existing clients or warm leads and generating these into new sales and more holistic relationships. Your prime focus will be on selling eLearning Content to a variety of clients in NSW and ACT. However, you may have the opportunity to expand your sales capabilities to Talent2's Learning and Performance Technologies as well. Either way, it is essential that you: - Come to the table with a sound understanding of E-Learning
- Will be able to talk to clients in a mature and consultative manner about their own opportunities and challenges within the E-Learning space
- Have a natural ability to consult and are a great communicator
- Enjoy working with people and building strong relationships
