Personal Assistant to CEO

Melbourne


This is the ideal role for an experienced PA looking for a fixed term contract in a busy and supportive corporate environment.

You will be well organised, flexible, and self motivated to support a CEO who frequently travels across the Asia Pacific region. You will have the confidence and self direction to put day to day structure in place for a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO. Your key skills will include:

  • Extensive diary, email and travel management
  • Liaising with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • The ability to problem solve and prioritise business needs

To be successful delivering in this role you will have:

  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • A highly consultative working style
  • The ability to act as conduit between the CEO, our clients and the business
  • A sense of commitment and an action oriented, self directed approach
  • Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite

We are looking for someone with exceptional presentation, who takes accountability in all they do. You will be someone with a positive attitude, initiative and will enjoy working in a senior PA capacity.
